If you’re on a budget, choose treated or regular wood fencing poles.
Kakuzi pressure-treated timber fencing poles (last 20 to 50 years) are attractive
and offer extra durability, resisting weather, rot, water, termites, and pests.
Red cedar wood is difficult to acquire due to government restrictions, but the
posts are termite and rot-resistant and last 30 to 60+ years.
Regular timberyard wooden posts (last 2 to 7 years) are an affordable
alternative for simpler, short to mid-term projects.
Choose either blue gum or cedar hardwood (when legalized).
